Babe Ruth League President/CEO Steven Tellefsen said, "Ray Bell has been involved with our program for over 25 years. He is a very dedicated volunteer and plays a major role in the success the organization enjoys today. It is a proud moment to have a person of his caliber inducted into the Hall of Fame."
Ray Bell was one of the founders of Little Bigger League which was the forerunner of Babe Ruth Baseball. He also served for 15 years as a member of the Board of Directors of Babe Ruth, and was a large force in the early development of the Babe Ruth Program.
