John Cooper
Ruth League President/CEO Steven Tellefsen said, "John Cooper has been involved with our program for over 22 years. He is a very dedicated volunteer and plays a major role in the success the organization enjoys today. It is a proud moment to have a person of his caliber inducted into the Hall of Fame."
John Cooper held many various positions in the Westville Babe Ruth Leagues. Cooper faithfully and loyally, during his tenure of service which was terminated by his untimely death in August of 1984, served the Babe Ruth Programs. John was a leader and the many hours and years of service to the Babe Ruth program, unselfishly spent, was recognized by his elevation to the office of member of the Babe Ruth Board of Directors and Regional Commissioner. He is considered a milestone in New Jersey.
